On your engine the 4 downpipes lead into a 4into1 system, 4 pipes join together into the collector box under the engine.

if that is blowing, it may be that some instant gasket and the exhaust refitting might fix it, exhaust putty is another option.

Other than that, get a race system made up or scour ebay for a replacement set of downpipes

nothing but a general blowing noise from the mid section of the exhaust... can turn into a small ticking sound if the hole is small.

next time ur around rivvy or something ill have a look and tell u whats best to fix it (cheap style)

    dont like spending money :>

The radiator is just a set back. Always managed to get the pipes off the ZX-6R without any issues.

You will need to replace the collector box as some point. It will affect the perfomance of the bike and also could lead to a fire.

hows it gonna ignite fuel underneath the engine lol :> its basically like me running the bandit without an exhaust from the mid section

Indeed, petrol being ignited due to a hot engine, catching a flamable material (farings etc). Any good Garage will tell you this, or an Haynes Manual for that.

    Basic Sceince really.
