Well, Finally getting round to doing this. Bought the bike cheap back in October, but it needed alot of work.

    Full Motad Stainless System
    Fork Seals
    Wheel Bearings
    Full Service
    New Plugs
    K&N
Full set of Chinese Fairings (not the Greatest)
    New Seat (97-98 model)
    New front Bracket
    New Headlight (F3)
    New Rear Light (97-98)
    New Rear light/ Plate Breacket ( 97/98)
    LED Indicators
    Good Clean Up
    New Mirrors
    Tyres
    Braided Lines Front/Back

    To Do :-
    Head Set Bearing
    New Engine Covers
    Crash Bungs
Sandblast and powder coat new Swing arm
Source and have Genuine Panels Sprayed as fit of chinese is not bad but i have OCD
Fork legs and yokes aqua blasted and painted.
    Wheels Powder coated.
F3 grab handle and pillion Pegs Aqua blasted and fitted
    Tank Sprayed
    Dyno Jet

Well its been Emotional. all the work so far and problem after problem. First off time waiting for parts, then me being abit heavy handed and snapping the bolt nipple bit on my yokes, Some tool had rounded the bolts in bottom of fork legs so had a job getting them out to do the fork seals, then the old exhaust was a pain to get off ended up chiselling the bolts out and replacing the studs. along with 20 years of wear on every other bolt meant i ended up replacing most of the bolts i removed.
The company who i got the Mirrors off sent me 2 Left rather than a left and right, still awaiting a fuse cover and new right panel off the Chinese company as fuse cover was missing and the right panel was damaged along with the back piece, so will hopefully come soon enough.
I tripped over the jack whilst taking it off the bike ramp bike fell over, luckily no damage, then when we are all good to go (minus fairings) bike would not start, went right over all the wiring contact cleaned and re greased all the plugs, then found a burnt out wire, chopped and soldered, and after abit of turning over she started met with a big smile by me......next day morning of MOT wouldn't start my mate took something off and give it a clean and luckily that solved the problem.
Took it for MOT and it Failed!!!! :( said he didnt want to put it through with no fairings because of sharp edges could be dangerous to pedestrians, my initial thought was how do street-fighters pass an MOT then, but couldn't be bothered arguing, passed with flying colours other than that. fairings came the next week so stuck them on took it back, and he passed it.

Been on the road about a month now, starts first time every time, rides well, not had any more problems :) lets hope it stays that way as the project continues.......
