Hey up, A few of us are going to book on with Easytrack on the 12 of November 2010. I know the weather is very indifferent and cold at this time of year but you never know do you. Probably best not to book until a few days before which will enable us to watch what the weather is doing. Its £60 odd quid and going of Fridays trackday at Oulton Easytrac really put a good event on with loads of track time. I have spoken to some of the lads on TDR and everyone is very impressed by them. Come on get involved would be good to see you guy's and put a face to the name. What do you reackon.

dont think my zx will be ready by then so if im going it will be on the firestorm - best get some baffles sorted lol! i put them in the other week but one blew out so i'll need another pair off flea bay or summat... wouldnt mind going tho but i'll probably ride down. might need a lift back tho if i bin lol easytrack - theyve got a good reputation for car events but only started doing bike track days this year which is why a lot have probably not heard of them yet. from what ive seen they are aiming to stick to small groups with just 35 places available on the 12th so weather permitting it will be a full day's riding rather than just a few sessions - sounds good. one of the best tracks in the country too imo :thumbsup:

i take it you mean the tuesday on the 16th Nov? yeah that would make more sense at this time of year a lot less hassle plus i wont have any problem gettin a tuesday off work fridays are a bit harder to get. cant beat 59 quid either can you? sean you shud know oulton like the back of ur hand now i expect sub 2min lap times!
well ive still got 10 days hol left & they asked me to book some, got 11th 12th & 15th off so far... like having a week off for 2 days innit. should be able to get 16th off if i ask tomorrow :thumbsup: might take u up on that offer daz, ! oi & what happened the the brew today minjer? sat in your nice warm office sharpening pencils all day - i seen yer!
Tom lad, not a problem. I am gonna book the 16th off work and book onto the day a few days before, I know I started the Cadwell thread but I have had a change of heart, Oulton Park it is for me. I can get a van for the day to get a couple of bikes there and a few tools, paddock stands and jerry cans. Not into riding there and back. What do you guys reackon.
Right lads, who is up for the 16th at Oulton Park. I have had a look at the weather and all seems well at this point. I am not going to book on until the day before, so I can keep an eye out on the weather. Is anyone else joining me, first time in inters for me aswell.

I am up for 16th but won't be booking it till about 3 days before to make sure the weather is clear, Oulton in the wet this time of year is no fun, leaves at Druids add to the mix to make it very greasy. There are a few off TDR doing this date as well as the CB500 racers from Thundersport. Will be booking Inters myself.
I might be up for this but doing the RDP1 as I have never done a trackday before. Will have to be a dry day though.
bike should to fix at the weekend.so will keep an eye on the weather if all OK will defo going, :thumbsup:
just been out on the zx and i can safely say i will definately not be riding that on the track for a good while lol. it has no brakes. at all!
