ill ask a few of my mates who i go shooting with mate. Where do you go shooting? i only do clays at the minute looking to get a perm but so hard!
Star Club - Under the Viaduct at Thelwall Every other sunday Rixton which isn't in Rixton its off the lancs at Astley but the opposite side where the do the big car boot in summer. Every other other sunday Catton Hall Frodsham Last sunday of the month Comp and Wednesdays practice by far my favourite and most challenging Sealand Chester, just practice, Any day except Monday or Sunday Manchester Clays at Eccles Saturdays now and again but the access road is a nightmare so take a landrover or grit your teeth but you cant use plastic wad there and I hate fibre shit.. There's another a fella called Lee started one up not so long ago, That one is in Rixton but only went once it's a bit out of my way but got a few good traps and you can get out the rain there. You don't need to be a member of any of the above just a licence , arrive, and shoot.
ye i like the one in warrington run by lee been a few times and im a member at north wales behind mod sealand. you do any shooting on land for pigeon pheasant etc?
No I've not as yet, I know a few that do but it's not something I'm particularly interested in doing. The sealand one is a bit samey they never seem to change them.. saying that there is a good variety of sport , trap and skeet.. You should try catton on a Wednesday if you get a chance. There's about 14 traps there ..
