thought i would get this post up early to follow on from our fantastic weekend at the finale this year. dates are Apr 30-May 2 Oulton Park and it is over a bank holiday weekend. camping is optional but highly recommended going on this years and we can guarentee everyone will have a memorable weekend! (chucky,s gonna provide the entertainment again) so c,mon peeps lets get a list going of people who are up for it!
I've always wanted to go that weekend as it usually falls on my birthday So will provisionally say yes, after having such a great time at the last one, will be willing to play chef again !!
oh yes me please.I will bring a base ball bat, acid, cheese wire and a copy of the radio times with me and go on first watch incase the naughty theif comes back for more.
We normally go to Oulton "fully prepared" - You MUST have seen or heard us if you were anywhere near Druids What I mean is 30ft Marquee Generator Amp Speakers Barbeque Chiminea We have a facebook group here Maybe we should team up and make it a weekend we can't remember
Were you the lot with the caravan & the huge speakers, BBQ & TV's ?? Yeah we saw you all when we watched from there on the Saturday race  We had our own little NWB camp going on with all the tents positioned around a gazebo, if you saw the blow up doll on a flag pole .... that was us
This was us: From Van to Van From the other side Another shot Us lot (there's about 7 of us missing from this pic) New for April :?)
We normally get there on the Thursday night after work - Just to try and make sure we have a spot large enough to accomodate us all  We tend not to sleep too much, and try to warn our weekend neighbours that we will be loud, there will be shitloads of us, and at least one of us will urinate on their car :w00t: On the Friday night in October, we had 80ish at ours when Chequers kicked us out, and 50ish on the Saturday night
Says he who was usually in bed shortly after midnight :bleh: . . . . . . . . . . But saying that, so was I !! Sounds fun, but i'm not sure about the I dont want my car pee'd on & like my 7 hours sleep Yes, I know this can be perceived as a party pooper, but that’s what you get when you don’t drink !!
I don't think we tend to pee on our own cars Wonda - We park them at a safe distance lol I would never call anyone a party pooper - So long as we all enjoy it and have a laugh and a good weekend's racing that's the important bit B) A couple of us take kids with us, and security tend to be regular visitors to our section from about 2:30am onwards so as long as you take your earplugs you can't go wrong lol I think I should also tell you that we normally take stuff for the "Clay Hill Challenge" - First run in 2005, because we were all drunk and one of us brought a California Longboard along. Coincidentally it was the same year I broke my wrist :bye: If anyone can bring anything (but not motorised) to the challenge (skateboard, scooter etc), that'd be cool :w00t: - Just remember, that the drunker you are, the less it hurts when you fall off  Last Clayhill Challenge and another Another Another Practice
