Just following on from another thread, am i the one in a minority here that really doesn't like rock music ?

Which leads me on the next question, Even being an old duffer now, my generation was i guess the 90's and as such i love my dance music and still do which could be deemed as a bit odd for someone of my age.
So what type of stuff floats your boat ? perhaps show the 3 most important tracks to you ?

Most recent for me is this - never tire of it.

A bit older is this - bit of a classic.

    And going back even further.

Indeed Lee, got them all on 12's
It was a toss up between that or Salt tank - eugina as both were early mid 90's both take me to a happy place with great memories.

I love my Rock sounds…..Whitesnake top the bill with quite a few of their tracks ,along with AC/DC. seen both groups live. Went to monsters of rock at Donnington in the 80s..they dont have concerts like that anymore

Went to watch Queen with Adam Lambert in Jan ,that was an amazing show.

Loved the sounds of the 90s too and into the Noughties…but some of this shit out now .WTF !!!

blue oyster cult (More cow bell!!!)

    Freebird

There are a host of other tracks that could get me through the day, Neil young, Cat stevens, Damien Rice, Fleetwood mac,
the boss. but I have made these three.
I love Trance and Dance music too, as wll as Pet shop boys, so its a bit varied, also Albivioni.
Were off to see Madame butterfly in Blackpool in May, but Rock just makes it all happen, it was my begining.
Did I also say I have about 30 Albums of Elton John????
but shame I dont have a record player, lol, so gave them away.

I cant wait to see what comes back from that, lol

I'm a fair bit you get but the 90's was my childhood and luckily my primary school teacher was an ex DJ from the glory days in IBIZA, John Bishop. Anywho- big room dance, rave, techno, house, deep house and oddly Enya.

Have you managed to get tickets for AC/DC's tour this year Dave? I tried for a week after they went on sale but no joy. I'm not paying silly money for them though.

Would have to be stuff like:

Bad company - Can't get enough.
    The Stones - Brown Sugar.
    Family - Burlesque
But lots of other varied stuff as well. The only thing that I really CANT listen to is rap shit.
