    lol you can pop down to my house anytime for a brew, just pm me if u want if....i've been out n about it..still feelin dizzy and feeling sick..stilll not eating right. :(

    thanks.....still feeling crappy at the mo.....bit better but not 100% yet!!! spedy recover bikes bikes all i'm thinking and uni of course!
