    The best chippy is in Blists Hill Museum, at Iron Bridge.

    They use proper beef dripping, it's the main reason we go. Absolutely gorgeous, and we get free admission. :D

    think when the nights get better theres quite a large bike gathering around Lytham..not been for a couple of years

    The bike meet is about 2 mile up the road from the chippy, all year round but obviously not as busy this time of year. Always been a good night whenever I've been.

    Probably not many fishing fleets in southport though.
    At least its still fairly local.
    Go there now and again with the kids. Reminds me of chippys when I was a kid.
