Hi Guys, we are moving (hopefully) into a victorian 2 bed house and we have just had the homebuyers report! Now I know they can scare you but I just wanted some opinions on the report if anyone doesnt mind? I could email the pdf for info. Quite a few Level 3`s have returned on it which means high priority. any help greatful. just want to know if its a right off lol
nice one mate would be good to get a second opinion. Ive asked the farther in law too as hes pretty clued up on most things!
Yeah I did my qualifications in 2005 but prior to this I worked in the building trade since 97 and still well not now did cash in hand for a very good friend I lost last year. But other than that I can do a bit and have other friends in the business @victor meldrew Funny you mention that I've been reading them threads and thinking what a prick I was, suppose the drink was a big part of my life during that time. Why didn't no one slap me
More than anything it seems there could be an issue with damp which being old and not lived in a while we expected. However it does say possible long term damp, water logging and its been dry lined which can be used to mask damp! However if it was that bad surely they wouldnt give us the mortgage on it? Electrics could be dated and theres some structual issues with the outrigger (kitchen part that pokes out) sod it im just buying a tent!
well after speaking to a specialist today i think we are going to pull out there just seems a little too much going on!
