I reckon between the 4 of us last time Rich we were pretty much on it & within 5 maybe 4 seconds from a good race pace. Did you get a time from your video camera?

Well I packed the car and loaded the trailer on Friday morning and set off to Trac Mon at about 11ish via a quick rip to Demon Tweeks to pick up some new pads (Bendix MRR).

Meet up with Toekey,Slim, Coop, Doctor Jones, Bouncinggsxr and wife and set up camp together my base for the evening was my car complete with air bed. As normal I forgot something that being a sleeping bag (hmmm very important).

Coop came to my rescue with a spare and I was truely thankful as Saturday evening was very very cold.

So its Sunday morning and I am awake at 0630 and greeted by a clear blue Welsh sky, which was very nice to see. Out with the old pads and in with the new with a bit of help from BouncingGsxr. First session and I am sat in pit lane sh*tting myself (first time in fast). So out we go and I get passed but pass a few aswell (happy days).

Trying to push a little bit more in the second session and the front kept on washing away, so I had to stand it up a I didnt really fancy kissing the tarmac again, we only managed to sessions in the morning as someone had a off in Inters which looked bad (GWS).

That gave me chance to get rid of the sh*t rubber and on with some new, cant believe the difference. We also managed to get Coop into the fast group for the afternoon (looked good pal, keep with it).

All in all I had a great day and running in fast really opened my eyes to some peoples ability on a motorbike (some good fast riders there today). I am going to keep with it as I will not get better sitting in Inters trophy hunting.

Sorry if I held anyone up today but you have got to start somewere, Bongo cheers for the advice and the chat (good luck with the racing bud).

Another well run day by No Limits plus great company on track and round the camp fire. Keep it sunnyside up lads (for tomorrow).

Angelsey is a great track, it made it even better as the weather decided to play. Some of the lads are there today aswell and I am green with envy sat in my chair at home. Suppose I do need to spend some time with my family though Lol

When you look at the track from a map you think it looks very un technical but really when you are riding it, it has a few suprises for you. The back dog leg is very fast, the first right you come to approaching the back end of the track your bike is lent over (to be honest I thought the bike was lent over all the way round) so many great corners.

I had a few issues with a couple of them,I knew every time that I could of gone faster. I would recommend Angelsey to anyone, it doesnt have the facilities but that does make it a more relaxed track (camping on site, bbq'a, etc).

I have a plan for the fore coming months,I have just got a new job so my car will be for sale as I get a company one. So the money I get from that is going on a new track bike (R6, 636 or CBR 600). I am also going to book Hudson Kennagh for a complete day (someone on TDR has his contact details) for some one to one tuition.

All in all I am very pleased with my progress considering I did not get my bike licence till last August 2010. Onwards and upwards from here, anyone who wants to join us on TD's please do so. Dayo, Crispybanksy and Myself are planning on doing at least one a month.

Regards to the fallers yesterday I believe one is ok, unfortunatley the word round the paddock was that the second faller was not in a good way (I dont know how true this is, only what people have said to me). I hope they both make a speedy recovery, I suppose we know the dangers involved but still GWS
