Have you got a divers bottle and charging kit? If not you'd be better off with a springer, HW97 is a good gun alternatively AirArms Prosport or TX200. I know a lot of people who shoot air rifles they're target shooters so they're all .177 if that's what you're after I'll keep an eye out for you.

Wish I still had my guns, nothing like blowing the holy crap out of cans with a 12 bore to vent the frustrations of life .... best target rifle I ever owned was the Lee Enfield, heavy as hell and kicked like a mule if you didnt have a good grip on it but 600 yard it was spot on . I used to shoot .177 air rifles and .22 rim fire MARTINI Action at the Police Station range in Buxton ....and Pistol at the range in Middleton......sigh happy days

I'll be shooting in about an hour then again about 30 mins after that. And if she can still walk then at least once in the morning ;)

If she can walk in the morning? Personally if she couldn't walk id just take that as an easy target!

.50 round coming out of a pistol is a bastard handful I can tell you. It was a bitch of a gun to fire two handed never mind with one, you would need wrists like and Irish Navvy to put a group together with one of them buggers . Its ok if you need a back up that would discourage a Polar bear or a Rhino but otherwise it is a wee bit pointless. .44 Mag was ample big enough . But you know the yanks and their obsession with penis size/gun scenario .

Ok so you could crack the block in a Pontiac if needs must but really what was the point? I have fired a few .50 Rounds out of rifles. Some lunatic brought a .50 Holland and Holland / magnum to a deer stalk one day .. and was advised there is a big different between shooting Moose or Elk and a Red Deer ..... he did however manage to hit a hare , dig a hole and bury it all in one go ......Pillock !

You'd need a big wallet as well they're about £8 a round from memory.

.50 BMG are £3 each buy in bulk but thats because of the brass.... they are longer than the width of my hand .... thats just the brass. ( just been reading up on the .378 winchester mag) .... you could be a lot of fuel for the cost of a box of them ......
