In the past I've done a couple of silly rides Italian lakes on a AR50 and Alpe dhuez on an MZ my best friend of many years did them with me along with a couple of others but unfortunately he died of the big C just before Christmas we had been talking about riding something silly to red square so I would like to carry it out wondering if any one on here would be up for it. Cheap bike cheap accommodation Or tent or side of road in field (did that once or twice ) its a great laugh don't take it seriously just aim to get there and back in allotted time so.???
It would probably be next year now to be honest by the time the bikes are found prepped and arrangements for travel etc saved up for spends. Beer food beer etc etc
I am up for this. Would have to get a few rides in together first. Have always wanted to do something like this.
Yes would have a few ride outs this summer with any one that's interested. Wouldn't be good stuck in Russia with some one you wasn't keen on or who's riding you didn't trust !!!! It will be a laugh and a great adventure see places we never would under normal circumstances get drunk in places you never would and most important ride some great roads (but not very fast on types of bike we are doing it on )
This sounds like the sort of trip you tell your grandkids one day. I'm interested, it'll be a proper ball. :woot:
