A few more Oulton trackdays

Between now and christmas there's 6 td's at Oulton, ducatigaz has already posted 2 dates, here's details of another 4 dates:
11th November
18 th November
22 nd November
13th December
All no limits except the 18th who is with msv at £79
I think No limits have got some kind of deal on at the moment, I'm pretty sure it's a buy 1 and get the other half price, maybe wrong?? Check out the NL website, not sure of prices?

I'm away this weekend, so I'll not be able to spectate.

On a disappointing note, yesterday I found out that my BMW R1100S fails the noise test; first measured at 104 dBA, and then 103 dBA the second time. Will need to get some baffles for my laser end cans.

Yeah people started to disappear as the rain came in, didn't stop me tho, I survived to ride another day!

 

Rain was not heavy and track was damp in patches, thought it was good for the best part ...few crashes but according to the Marshall's they were due to silly riding in the novice group

Had a great day, only got stood up once by a white bike black leathers in the novice group, I certainly wasn't slow, usually at the sharp end but tend not to do 'race overtakes' pity others cant help themselves or move in to inters

Am tempted to try inters but only on 4 track days so far so planning to do at least another 4 before moving up, if I find it too fast simply move back down and crack more novice days until I can huddle with the inters

Met josh and while he may say some crazy things here he seems a nice lad...keen on his track day fun

Look forward to next time, maybe not until next year now

 

4 trackdays, I would say that's more than ample to make the move up to intermediate group - they aren't that fast, they take better lines and don't try overtake 4 abreast into the first corner
