A bit about yourself

Why not give it a go? Obviously nothing too personal, but why don't we all put a bit about ourselves, what we ride (or don't in my case) what you do for a living and so on... I'll start

So my names Rob, im from Liverpool, have my own business doing website design, just finished my College course in IT with a Double Distinction* Grade (best grade possible) not that im gloating or anything and start University in September. Ive got a 2 year old son and one on the way, due in November. Looking to get back on two wheels as soon as possible. Used to ride a Fazer 600 and then moved onto a GSX750F but as baby arrived the bike was sold on, regretfully.

 

Alan originally from Sheffield lived in Liverpool 10 year's now, ride a 2012 street triple had various careers well I am Old, including machine tool engineer electrician, fee earner, to name a few, currently repair and refurbish coffee machines work for coffee company obviously

Well,I'm Nathan,I live in the cumbria on the fair west side,I ride a 50cc moped but looking to upgrade this year,I work at a local petrol station,I have an NVQ in bricklaying and going on to do ICT shortly.
Oh I have dislexkia (hence the spelling) and type really quikcly ,hence sometimes one comes out as noe and such.

 

I have that problem but I just have fat fingers! I sometimes mash the keys a bit especially when I get too excited whilst typing something, especially if it relates to womasmsd booiiboieess

 

I'm Will, 26 from St.helens, moving to Burscough at the end of August. Grew up on a farm around machines,cars and bikes etc. A dab hand at anything, jack of all trades master of non, currently finishing off my teaching degree in secondary science. I also have a BSc in Horticulture.
Ride a TYGA kitted RVF400 NC35, absolutely broke ass skint at the moment.
Love my women but can seem to find the leggy red head I desire hehe.

my names Peter but prefer Pey, 52 year old, have eat ,slept and loved Bikes since i was about 12 had too many to mention here,my favourite is a elsie 350,been arrested for posession of firearms lol i have a daughter who is 18 and the only person i would ever think of giving bikes up for! currently unemployed through stupidly taking voluntary redundancy 3 years ago semi skilled joiner/building labourer by trade..and live in wigan.

 

My names Andy, 25 years old and have ride a keeway RKV 125 (orange, no the andy stickers on it are not because im vain its to stop my tank bag damaging the paint even more.) I live in Bolton but commute on the bike everyday to Chorley, where i work as am Electrical Design Engineer for a bespoke engineering company based within the nuclear industry.

 

I'm David...but I hate being called that so I get called Day.

I get called Dave sometimes but that makes me sound like an old man so stick with day haha.

Rode an R125 for a year, now a restricted XJ6N.

Live in Liverpool...starting the 4th year of a forensics degree in September (just finished a year working with police).

Errr I worked in a bodyshop every Saturday between ages of about 12-14 so I learnt a few bits but most of it is forgotten...most summers when I'm not at uni I've done some work for O2 cabling in the data centers.

I make logos and shit, love playing in Photoshop...

 

Think this is a good little idea, gives other members a chance to get to know each other and shows people that were not just "hooligan bikers" but we are all real people with real jobs and lives

 

Think you may come in useful to me in the future mate, normally get a few clients who are after Logos and such, if any work comes along which requires a logo creating and such, would I be ok to pass that part over to you? Would pay for your time and such of course!

 

Well the names Matthew im 21 currently riding a 1989 vfr400 nc30, lived in south Manchester all my life, currently a technical specialist for Mercedes-Benz but looking to have my own business by the time I'm 25 (don't know what doing yet though), been around cars and bikes all my life I have raced in a couple of series but nothing professional, started college when I was 14 doing engineering gained my level 2 and decided it was the career I wanted so decided to get an apprenticeship in mechanics and this is where I am now

 

Chris married i have 2 kids of my own and foster a disabled baby boy. Live in Lydiate and support St. Helens and ride a sv650

 

I'm Vince 25 and I'm originally from Lancaster but I now live in Southport. I work at Lookers VW in Preston working as a multi franchise parts adviser (Renault, Hyundai, Citroen, Nissan, Fiat, Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge) I only have about a years experience on 2 wheels, I had a GSXR600 k1 for about 9 months 2 years ago which I had to sell due to relocation and just over a month ago I picked up my Honda NC700S. I'm a drummer in a heavy metal band, (Ascalon) trying to recreate the glory era of heavy metal. Judas Priest, Saxon, Iron Maiden and the like. I'm also massively into my reptiles and arachnids. I currently have a "reptile room" at home dedicated to 25 tarantulas 2 scorpions and 10 snakes.

 

Worked for Lookers myself a few years ago, was a Valetor sub contracted to them by they had me doing everything but...

Always wanted a snake or a lizard as a pet but the missus wont have any of it haha

 

I'm Erika, 38, bionic woman. Single (divorced) mum of 2 girls. From Silverstone and been in Liverpool for nearly 19 years.

I work at Liverpool John Moores Uni in a lowly admin role - bit stuck I'm the job, tbh. I have multiple law qualifications but still stuck in a shitty job. However I'm currently doing a PhD in Social Media & Employment Relations/employment law at the University of Chester, and hoping to move into lecturing/research - I've done a bit of lecturing at John Moores and had been offered some for September (whether I'll be able to do it now following the accident remains to be seen!).

Keep trying to add stuff here but it goes blank . That about sums me up I suppose; Just an ordinary Bloke surviving best he can in a mad world ... Two kids two grand kids and done more jobs than Ronny Biggs .
Best one was working on the sea bed with tubular bells over the coms set and watching a seal bugger off with my adjustable wrench

it was just after hungerford when they got me too 1st august 1988 to be precise i had a 9mm browning automatic no bullets though i geet off with just a fine back then, these days i woulda got 5 years!!
