Looking to get / fit some front axle crash bobbins for my Cbr600 F2 1993
Either im crap at searching google or there isnt much info out there, but I cant find any useful information about doing it.
Has anyone on here done it and if so could you point me in the right direction please?
Want to do some more track days after my 1st 3 sisters taster and want to protect the bike as much as possible.
Got my frame sliders on order its just all the other bits im not sure of
    Cheers

    An f2 was a 2002 model ? Thought the 90s bikes were l m. Etc

R and g are market leaders in body protection. For older bikes try David silvers

The early 90's ones were F1 F2 F3 models but also designated as FM FP etc

mine's an F3(95/98) and the axle is hollow but the retaining nut on righthand side is solid(no hole) I have Harris frame bobbins and they have worked a couple of times. Don't fit the cheap ones! think R&G are good ones as well, have them on my Ducati (are well thought out)

Yeah would be the same crash protectors for my bike too. And that nut is the problem, might have to drill and tap it out to allow me to put some stud through to screw the axle bobbins onto.
Will have another look at it after my jollies
