3 SISTERS WIGAN TUESDAY JULY 13TH 3PM ONWARDS

Hi guys sorry to hijack the previous thread but I am so keen to go that I rang 3 Sisters to get some confirmation.

The day will start at 3pm, its an open pit lane on the perimiter curcuit, 3 laps will be 5 & 7 laps will be 10. Now I am kinda getting excited cos I used to love racing there many moons ago.

You must have a full bike license and a road bike so no track bikes unless you wanna ring and check?

I am waiting for a call from the track owners as I reckon we can have an NWB track day there just for our forum for very little money, what do you think about that?

I am definatly going whos coming for a good hoon?

Busa that thing needs a drag strip not a race track, u wouldnt get out of first gear lol :shades:

Not been since last year, only me n paul who went first time round!! May see what weathers like, not a gooden if its wet, loads binned it wen me n paul were there as it was raining!

 

If its raining i wont be there as i have Racetecs on & they are as usefull as a chocolate firegaurd in the wet :cry:

 

If it's dry then i might pop along for a watch, then go to that carvery that Lavinia tried last night !! :lol:

 

I will let you know closer to the day mate you can tag along will meet by cheshire oaks or somwhere like that

Is the BMX track still there?

 

Think so but if i cant take it round the track ive no chance on the bmx circuit :lol:

 

I will bring my spare bikes I will race ya round the bmx rack lol

 

there was a hayabusa going round a few months back wen we went. tho he was pretty slow like me. lol.

 

so what time are people gonna get there or meet somewhere and ride up?

Getting the track to ourselves sounds like a top idea. Defo up for that one. If I can make it I will text you.

If it's raining i'll be in the car later on, not sure what time i'll be there is on the bike.

 

Do you know what i have the met office app on my iphone and that is saying cloud & sun for Wigan tomorrow, if its raining I wont be there. :rant: :rant: :rant:
