I make my GS look tiny so the Daytona will look like a monkey bike under me...!!.. That was good fun, but shame it was cut short at the end. We did 2 laps before the guy binned it at the end, and then they had to stop for the night because the paramedic was looking after the guy while they were waiting for an ambulance, so the track was closed. He got up after the crash but it seems he may have broken a wrist or collarbone. My first time giving the Daytona some, and boy have I got a lot to learn about riding on track... Tried leaning off but didn't really get anywhere. It's fitted with Supercorsa something's which didn't feel good until 4 or five laps were put in on them. Just left it in 2nd gear all the way round and tried to relax... My GS is so much easier to ride! Going to Oulton in a few weeks so at least my tyres are scrubbed in to the edges now.

Love the pics!! That was an epic binnage!! Didn't realise so many of us were there! Would have been nice to put names to faces!! I just want to ask Paul how will he explain the scratches on the exhaust pipe when you were scraping it while bouncing round the corner!!
i love the last one where the guy in the background is laughing at him. ffs what was with the tape on the headlight? has he been seeing some pics of trackdays anf thought "ah yes, must tape up my light so it looks like i know what im doing"!!!

I got there bout 6.30 and saw the guy on the aprilla bin it twice, sat on the bench's on the bend. My frined had a camera, if you can tell me which bikes you were on i'll ask if she got some decent shots. I was walking off the track when the last guy binned it, went with a bump..
