had a feeling it would be Jen Tinmouth shes local there and does quite a few Tds PhastasFuk mate ....but when shes BSB she's slow in comparison....Crazy
That Jenny tinmouth works in a garage literally 5 minutes away from my house, it's where I get all my work done on my bikes, great workshop!
No timing on the normal track day though remember But if you film it you can read your times off your footage!
Bob ..if you go to the control tower and tell them who you are ..IE an Administrator for a bike forum , and ask politely, yes please, no thank you etc,,tell them you are wanting to take some pictures of a member and will be distributing them on here, can you have a media pass for the day ,,this will get you on the other side of the fence. at Lodge for instance your just over an arms reach away from the bikes. At druids , you are allowed into the woodlands to catch the bikes on the apex. At Hizzys you are allowed right up to the tyres, you can also go to the outside of the track which is good at Old Hall, this is the end of the start finish straight ....just abide by the rules if they give you a pass though They are well worth getting , cos your then added to the Media list and when BSB comes ..."Hi Guys. i work for the media" and you get free entry ... worth a try buddy
i used to just read it off the built in lap timer ...with it being an ACU event i think those bikes will have the transponders on to gather the info
Me and corf garage 7/8 dayo abit further up. Bit damp at the mo, no more rain scheduled. Should be a good one
Great day out today, always nice to meet some new faces off the site. Hope the boys got home alright after i left them on the A41. After a severe lesson in how to use a camera correctly from Bob, i finally started to get some images which weren't just a blurred piece of track or the back wheel of someones bike. Choosing this image as my 'image of the day'
After having a hissy fit with my camera not being able to track moving objects I decided to stick to slow moving things.... I also got too distracted by the pretty cars on site, so not really many photo's... If you're interested in the car ones though you can find them here! http://www.flickr.com/photos/jazzikins1990/
