Ok I'm going to confess when I changed the coolant on the bike I snapped the head off the bolt so used liquid metal on it before I filled the coolant. And it's leaking not badly it's like a drip now and then

Is it easy to drill it out or should I drain the system and retry marine liquid metal or buy a new pump housing????

Nope it's behind fairing basically there are 4 bolts on the water pump 3 attach it to engine and 1 is a bleed bolt basically I sheared the head off the bleed bolt and snapped it but the bolt shaft is still in

Don't do it on my account in case I can't help. Do you know any local good mechanics you trust, you might be better letting someone look at it?

take the pump off and drill it out from the back, start with a small drill and work your way up, you should be able to spin it out with the drill before you end up actually drilling it out.

or you could get a couple of left handed drill bits and do it with the pump still in place.

I'll get a long stand and use elbow grease as well and respray my bike with tartan paint. left handed drill bits
