    I bought this as a non running project off ebay back in february in literally bits and bobs. Was assured engine ran and was 'very' strong. Really wanted to buy and modify a Honda GL1000 and fit a super charger, iverted forks, wire wheels, signle fast back seat and acewell speedo flushed into the tank but hey ho i'll give ewt a go......
    So here goes;

    really really really wish I had the guts and confidence to do that with my Vf the original one, its needs a carb looking at the gears selector looking at and a proper service but I haven't got the space or the tools either ..... I love the VF 1000 F2F bol d'or with its full fairing but there are so many things that need looking at now... probably minor things but things nevertheless. THAT bike you have done looks really top class...

    So jealous, I was looking for one of these for a project and some summer antics.

    They're bloody tiny, it's like riding a mini moto for me :(

    Nt really no, i have a bad back as it is from lifting car engines out with rope round my neck when i was younger and finding out i have an abnormality of the spine lol, but being on my cbr puts my back in a position were it doesn't hurt so it helps :D lol

    hey Jess, no back ache or wrist ache, the tank is a very similar angle to the Benelli tornado TRE and so you just rest on that when straight lining. A lot of girls race these as they are lower, very light, extremely powerful to their weight. Suzanne who works in the motorbike department is one of these girls, shes in her 30's and swears by them.
