I'll be out shortly, the daytona is back from her service will only be staying local, thinking a run up to southport if your up for it?
I know I was playing fuck with them on the phone can't take it anywhere else either as its getting fixed under warranty, that's probaly the reason there taking there time with it
Just got back from work in burnley, doing around 90 (kmh obviously ) on the motorway and it's not that cold really, if there's no frost or snow I reckon you all get your asses out. If not I shall forever call you all pussies
Right. Wind has never *really* been much of a problem for me. But then, I've never gone touring very far yet. I guess gusts above 25-35mph made me nervous on the CBF125, and anything above 40mph *very* nervous. I was always reluctant to go on motorways on it as the slightest gust felt like it would throw me off to the other side of the barriers! The ER6 in comparison is of course much better, heavier and more steady. Since getting it in October I haven't had a chance to discover a wind speed limit when I'm on it, we haven't had any bad storms as such, at least not when I was around to ride.
Hmm so pretty much everyone's cancelled? If it's rideable roads, I think I might give it a go, let's say for 10:30 ish at Lymm services, and see if anyone is there. There should be a smartphone app where we're all logged in and at any time we are out we can stop and check if any fellow bikers are nearby :geek:
