    Im guesing that the dozy bugger (pedestrian ) on his phone walked out without looking. Bike saw him and bailed / ditched it trying to emergency stop and tucked the front and ended up hitting him. Completey the pedestrians fault if thats the case

    If you watch closely, he takes his phone out of his pocket, looks at it, then as he steps into the road he puts it away, then looks and sees the bike

    Kin ell ! Was that bbc news ! Bet the Fuka had just come back on the tunnel train that he missed yesterday .....he's not having a good day his he .....hope the rider got up ok and kicked his fukin head in

    I can't really argue for or against with so little, if the clip showed just a few seconds before then maybe.But with the evidence we have that guy clearly had time to move out of the way even if the mo-ped rider wasn't looking.He just kinda started it like "I think that's a motorbike coming towards me? is it? I think it OH JESUS HOLY HELL!"
    Mo-ped rider: Can't say.
    Ped: Idiot.
