I iust threw that in I don't know anyone on here part from Richie rich so I have no personal gripe/comments about anyone on here Just for shits and giggles Whoever takes on the responsibility has a task on their hands and I hope he/she manages everything including personalities on here as best they can. I find the site useful and hope it continues
I second this, i'm currently riding with another forum as well, they have a facebook page, forum AND a twitter account. Its far more active due to the fact that people can find it more easily (pops up on peoples news feeds ect) and there are more people joining, so there are ride outs almost everyday, even though winter. Its all good and well saying we don't need to sell ourselves, but we kind of do need more new, and more importantly, active members. As this place sadly, feels almost deserted.
Northwestukbikers, forum has only recently become active, but its there, and the community is growing daily, ride outs and helping hands are very common. Nowhere will replace NWB for me, as i've met a lot of good lads on here, but its good to know there are other, still growing sites as a back up if nothing is doing on here.
I've had a look at northukbikers, I'm also a member of cbr6ers, 1000rr and a few others but I like this one best of all. If it doesn't change ever, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest. Keep up the good work Mods, future owner and above all regular posters.
Does it really matter as long as the site is still here? I don't see an issue with the site that currently needs fixing and is going undealt with?
Yes i think it does! There is only about 10 people who post up at the mo no input from owner no tapatalk even the dickheads have fucked off
maybe posting more interesting stuff, rather than just moaning about this all the time will help . i doubt change in ownership will change the amount of people visiting who contribute and neither would tapatalk. the site is perfectly fine to access on a normal browser by phone. ive done it that way since i first joined. everything is available and easy to use. maybe theres just nothing going on at the mo to talk about! this thread is here as an announcement and to query interest in a change. moaning about tapatalk didnt get anyone anywhere on any other threads so its pointless doing it on this one. leave it to its true purpose
As new members what do you bring to the party any meets or ride outs? It's a shame you weren't on here a few years ago to see how the site was run.
I'be been here nearly 18 months i think, and during that time theres never been any input from the owner...it hasnt affected anything.
