What discs and pads are you using? Just looking at them for my thundercat. Anybody ever tried the viper discs? A bit cheaper but if no good then wouldnt use them. looking like ebc so far...
i've seen loads of bikes with the cheaper chinese wavey discs on, i'm gonna get some myself when i can afford um:thumbsup:
Just be careful if you get cheap pads I suffered a lot of brake fade after they warmed up needless to say they weren't on long. I think I got brembo pads or something similar they weren't cheap but never suffered fade
Blackshadow UK discs and Brembo or EBC sintered pads. The Blackshadow UK discs are good quality kit and half the price of mainstream brands, plus if you do develop a warp or wear thin they'll replace the rotor for just £55
Don't foook about with yer stoppers .... Good stuff only .... Cheap = cheerful but only for those who are taking yer quids IMHO of course
Cumon guys .... im not after cheapies ... im after gud uns! Anybody recommend what theyve found good ...
I did get ebc sinitered pads lsst time, ive thought they eere alright. Hopefully starting bit more track use so rather got better
When your wanting to slow from three miles a minute speeds .... You need to stop , brembos are they best in the biz,,,,,,Chinese brakes ? You might has well use suare wheels then
Having read through the posts. Whatever discs and pads you get , while your at it change the hoses too , good ridge or HEL , braided lines are a great investment
