Jesus. How much are these things new? I like the light up apple on them. But thats the limit of my knowledge. What about all my word or excell docs? Can you use them?
They cost a lot new my 2013 model cost me £1600 new Has all Microsoft word office excel powerpoint etc on it
I've got my home PC running a 10.9 under a virtual machine. But my laptop wouldn't cope with it unfortunately.
Each to their own I guess... I used one for a few years 8 hours a day at work and I wouldn't consider having one at home at all I'm not saying they're shit, that's just not true, but I don't like how they work and they are very expensive (seeing Apple's profits show they're not selling them without a chunky markup) I've used friends iPhones a few times and personally think android is superior - not to mention less restrictive - both platforms have pros and cons, but android is better overall in my view But with all of the above I'm not totally anti Apple... I still have an iPod from about 9 years ago that I use daily, it's a brilliant thing, and if it broke tonight I'd straight back out tomorrow and buy another I really do wish their marketing was less egotistical and misleading though... But again looking at their profits it seems to work for them Do many people on here use Linux on their pc? I have my laptop dual boot with ubuntu, but am not an expert on it Live forever or die trying
So does my laptop at work. Not had an issue in five years. Im genuinely interested in what makes people rave about them.
